When should I take Settle Down?

Daily use produces the best results. If you know you have a stressful time coming up (like people fireworks or a trip to the groomer) tell your owner to give you some Settle Down about an hour before.

How long until I see results?

You should feel the zen effects start to take place pretty much straight away. But every dog is different, so we recommend using Settle Down for at least 4-8 weeks before deciding if it's right for you. We do have a lifetime 100% satisfaction guarantee so if you're ever less than completely satisfied, just ask your owner to bark at us via our friendly support!

How long will my zen last? 

About 4-6 hours (particularly if you use it daily). 

Is it safe and Vet approved?

We ship via USPS, directly from our warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida. If your order is over $50 (just two or more bottles) then shipping is free! Most orders are received within seven business days. Shipping may take longer during the busy holiday season.

Returns

Every order is covered by our 100% lifetime satisfaction guarantee. We know you (and your owner!) will love the results, but if you need to return, simply get them to bark at us within 60 days of the date you received it. We got you!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is packed for shipping your owner will receive an email. This email contains your unique tracking link. If they don't get an email within 48 hours of ordering, or you need any other help, just let us know.
